Hobbies in the Hills is more than just a hobby shop, we are a hobby involvement centre. We have been strongly established within the Hills Shire for over 15 years and have helped thousands of people put fun back into their hobby or even start a new one. We specialise in catering for everyone and aim to supply hobbies for the whole family.
The new hobby recreation facility provides our customers with the following:
Flight Simulator - Customers learn the skills of flying over 100 different types of planes and helicopters on the Large screen flight simulator.
Rock Crawling - Customers can test their skills driving high torque Remote Control rock crawlers over the rocky, desert themed layout.
Remote Control Car Track - Customers can learn cornering and jumping skills on the 1/18th RC track.
Slot Car Driving (COMING SOON) - Customers can race slot cars on the landscaped "Mount Panarama race track"
Service Centre - Repairs and technical support given on all ranges of hobbies through our repairs counter and workshop. Our team are dedicated to helping our customers get the most out of their hobby.
Railway Displays - The centre features a number of layouts which are used to inspire and teach the customer the endless possibilities of landscaping and wiring a railway layout. The layouts include Harry Potter and Indiana Jones themes.
Customer Lounge Area - Customers can sit and relax while watching the large screen TV and browsing books and catalogues for ideas.
Retail - We retail a large variety of items including Remote Control Cars, Helicopters , Planes, Slot Car Sets, Model Kits, Games Workshop, and Doll Houses and the accessories required to assemble, repair and upgrade them.
